Bloom Certified Autism Center is the first IBCCES-Certified Autism Center in the UAE — a credential awarded by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) to organizations that meet the highest global standards in autism care. For us, this is more than a badge: it is our commitment to every autistic child and family we serve in Dubai.

We deliver gold-standard autism assessment and evidence-based therapy — ABA, speech and occupational therapy — through a team that includes Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Certified Autism Specialists (CAS). Led by a Certified Autism Specialist

At the helm of Bloom Certified Autism Center is our Managing Director, Mostafa Shaban, a Certified Autism Specialist (CAS). Mostafa led Bloom to become the UAE's first IBCCES-Certified Autism Center, embedding internationally recognized standards into every assessment, therapy plan and family interaction.

His vision is simple but uncompromising: every autistic child in Dubai deserves gold-standard, evidence-based care, and every family deserves to be a true partner in their child's progress. Under his leadership, our BCBA-designed programs are built around the whole child — behavioral, developmental and biomedical — and delivered wherever the child thrives.

Our Story

We started as a home-healthcare provider, bringing care directly to families across Dubai. As we saw how many families were searching for trustworthy, evidence-based autism support, we pursued — and earned — the UAE's first IBCCES Certified Autism Center recognition. Today we are fully dedicated to autism assessment, therapy and family support, as Bloom Certified Autism Center.

Our strength lies in an interdisciplinary team that works hand-in-hand with families: Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Certified Autism Specialists (CAS), supported by speech and occupational therapists. Every professional works to IBCCES standards and builds customized plans that address the whole child — behaviorally, developmentally and biologically.
